Hello troops. Looking forward to kicking things off next week. One of the things I'm most looking forward to is seeing new armies and games that other people play. Always nice to see something different  To that end i thought it might be an idea for people to mention what they currently play and what there interested in. That way you can see if someone knows about a a system you wanna get into or has an army you have always wanted to play against!! ill go first. Currently working on (slowly as always) - 30K Iron Hands- Small Force, not quite playable yet 30k Mech- Small, playable force, built to be allied to the IH 40k Imperial Guard- Cause who dosent love tanks  Ambitions wise id like to get back in into 40k having not played for years and would love to be able to do a 30k campaign. Always wanted to do a running campaign based on boarding a ship. Play a little X Wing, badly lol. Looking to play more By opening night should have my US Army force done for Bolt Action. Favourite system at the moment. Things id like to try out- infinity, Drop Zone Commander, Spectre Minatures, Malifaux, Star Wars Imperial Assault/ Armada. Would like to give a proper GM run RPG ago as well. so what about you boys and girls? |

Well I am mostly playing flames of war but do have
Xwing (lots of ships need to catch up with the newer waves tho)
Imperial assault (had 2 goes of it so far and still need to get to grips with it)
Bolt action various armies in different stages from on sprues to painted and based
Saga Irish and undead
Bloodbowl 2nd or 3rd edition undead
40k Tau
Mordheim
That's it along with various board games that any other members like to bring along

I'v been playing Warmachine/Hordes for ages now. Just started Malifaux and play 2 or 3 games of 54mm inquisitor throughout the year dependent on when I can get games.
I don't have the time to get into any other games really. The squashing of Fantasy by GW killed any real urge for me to branch into other systems. 40K is a great setting but the game didn't do anything for me when I tried to get into it earlier this year.
Looking forward to getting a game of Malifaux in on Sunday if I can.(hint hint) Will be the first time iv actually played it

I play anything that has elves as a faction... that is all!
But predominantly WarMachine at present.
Used to play a handful of the GW systems (except BloodBowl), and also play Malifaux, but since they don't have elves, I went for the double dealing lot (Ten Thunders). Also got a load of X-Wing Minis and SW: Armada stuff, too...

Warhammer! I actually prefer 6th ed to 8th
I have some of that dirty 40k (not a fan of the last two editions tbh)
I have some battlefleet gothic in the depths of a bit box in colchester
Same with my Dwarf team
Keen to try some star wars games
I really want to try Warthrone
I have some old White wolf books laying about as well.

Hello,
I play manly at the moment warmachine and khador are my army of choice. I also play chaos in 40k but not played any thing from the new 7th ed. I also have x wing some old malifaux neverborne stuff (need new updated cards) also got various board games such as AvP and looking to have a go of blood bowl soon.

A few of us can wax lyrical for many an hour given the opportunity. They have a few issues that could be improved, but no more than any other game publisher. Think Lano wants to start a slow-grow campaign or league at some point, so would be fun to take part in that. |
